Payment Options
KS Hudgins Professional Counseling and Consulting Group is currently in network with Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, MS Medicaid, Medicare, Molina, Tricare, and United Health Care.
Most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Health Saving Accounts (HSA), and Flex Savings Account (FSA) cards will also be accepted.

All payments are due at the time of service.

Case management, Consultation, Letter or Report Writing: $45 per 15 minutes

Phone calls greater than 15 minutes, and extended session will be charged at a prorated hourly rate

Cancellation Policy
No Shows and Cancellations
Your time and treatment are important, your appointment is reserved just for you. At KS Hudgins Professional Counseling and Consulting Group we understand that unanticipated events happen. If you are unable to keep your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. A $50 fee will be charged for every missed or canceled appointment that occurs with less than 24 hour notice.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a $50 fee will be charged.
